ABAC Air Saw

An air body saw cuts sheet metal and plastic panels where a grinder would throw sparks and heat the panel. The ABAC Saw Comp PRO runs a reciprocating stroke at 9,500 rpm, weighs 0.8 kg and draws 240 l/min at 6.3 bar, which is little enough that a small compressor will run it.

A robust plastic housing keeps noise and vibration down, and an adjustable stop bracket steadies the cut and reduces blade wear, which is usually what the running cost of a body saw comes down to.
