MOVIDRIVE modular

SEW-EURODRIVE MOVIDRIVE modular is the multi-axis application inverter of the MOVI-C system. A supply module feeds single or double axis modules that share a DC bus. One series runs synchronous, asynchronous, LSPM and linear motors.

Startup comes from the electronic nameplate, and MOVISAFE CS..A safety cards provide STO to PL e as standard. Abtaz supplies MOVIDRIVE modular for conveyor systems, corner transfer units, storage and retrieval machines and palletisers. Send us the axis count and the motor data.

MOVIDRIVE MODULAR RANGE

MDP90A supply modules

Performance classes 10, 25, 50, 75 and 110 kW at 3 x 380 to 500 V.

The supply module feeds the shared DC bus for the axis modules behind it. Choosing the performance class sizes the supply to the whole axis group rather than to any single axis.
MDR91A supply and regenerative modules

Performance classes 50 and 75 kW at 3 x 380 to 480 V.

The regenerative supply returns braking energy to the network instead of dissipating it, which suits axis groups that decelerate repeatedly or hold overhauling loads.
Single-axis modules

One axis per module, with rated currents up to 180 A.

Single-axis modules are added to the DC bus one per motor, so the system scales with the machine. One series runs synchronous, asynchronous, LSPM and linear motors.
Double-axis modules

Two axes in a single module.

The double-axis module puts two axes in the width of one, which shortens the cabinet on machines with many small coordinated axes such as corner transfer units and palletisers.
