ABB ACS380 drives are the machinery family of the all-compatible range, covering 0.25 to 22 kW at 200 to 480 V in IP20 and UL Type 1. They sit inside a machine cabinet. The compact footprint, integrated functional safety and fieldbus options suit series-built equipment.

    ABB supplies the ACS380 as a single machinery drive rather than as separate named versions, so selection is by rating and supply voltage alone. It belongs to the all-compatible architecture, so the control panel, parameter structure and commissioning tools are shared with the larger ACS580 and ACS880. Safe Torque Off is standard, and fieldbus and functional safety options are added as modules rather than as separate drive types.
