ABAC Tech is ABAC’s industrial S1 piston range, developed for continuous demanding operation rather than intermittent workshop use. It covers 1.5 to 15 kW, that is 2 to 20 hp, in four families. ATL is oil-lubricated single stage to 10 bar. ATF is oil-free single stage to 10 bar, with Teflon-coated pistons in nickel-plated aluminium cylinders. ATF-S is the oil-free Pro User line with single cast double pistons in a ceramic-coated cylinder. ATH is two-stage and oil-lubricated for 15, 20 or 30 bar.
Every ABAC Tech model is rated S1 100 per cent duty cycle, so it can deliver air on demand without a recovery period, with maintenance intervals of three to five thousand hours. Performance is measured to ISO 1217 Annex C and noise to ISO 2151. Abtaz supplies ABAC Tech compressors where a screw compressor is oversized but a standard piston machine would not survive the duty. ATL is built for small industrial applications that need powerful, reliable air without a screw compressor's cost. Single stage to 10 bar, it runs at the lowest operating temperatures in the ABAC Tech line with minimal oil carry over, at 78 to 81 dB(A).

ATF delivers air with no oil contamination, so it protects downstream equipment and suits processes where the air reaches the product. Teflon-coated pistons run in nickel-plated aluminium cylinders, which keeps friction low and durability high, at 82 to 86 dB(A).
Oil-free 2.2 and 3.2 kW, with a single cast double piston running on one axis.
ATF-S uses a patented axial movement: a single cast double piston slides along one axis inside a ceramic-coated aluminium cylinder, which reduces wear and smooths start-up by lowering motor loads. ATF-S 3 and ATF-S 4 are offered on a 100 litre receiver or on twin 5 litre receivers for portability.
Two-stage and oil-lubricated for 15, 20 or 30 bar, in frames up to 20 hp.
ATH covers the applications where continuous high-pressure air is essential and a standard 10 bar machine will not do. Two-stage compression on oil-lubricated aluminium pistons reaches 15, 20 or 30 bar, in tank-mounted and base-mounted versions up to 20 hp.
