K..DR.. configurations
Two-stage sizes K..19 to K..49 and three-stage sizes K..37 to K..187, 80 to 53,000 Nm.
SEW supplies the helical-bevel gearmotor as one family in two size bands rather than as separate sub-ranges. Two-stage K..19 to K..49 runs above 90 percent gearing efficiency, with an aluminium housing on K..19 and K..29 and a stiffer grey cast iron housing on K..39 and K..49. Three-stage K..37 to K..187 reaches 53,000 Nm, with double gear units for very low output speeds. Within both bands the remaining choices are configuration options: foot or B5/B14 flange mounting, solid or hollow shaft, and keyed, shrink disk, splined or TorqLOC hollow shaft mounting, with DR.. motors in IE1 to IE4 up to 200 kW.
